Background

arvis Pelletier is a senior technology executive with 30+ years of experience leading enterprise IT, gaming systems, and cybersecurity operations across highly regulated environments. As Vice President of IT & Gaming Systems at the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA), he oversees the full technology stack supporting SIGA's central office and seven casino properties across the province, aligning digital strategy with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and the long-term vision of the organization.

A member of Cowessess First Nation, Jarvis brings a values-driven approach to technology leadership — combining strategic insight, risk-aware decision making, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Prior to joining SIGA in 2014, he spent 20 years in progressive IT leadership roles with Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) and SGI Canada, delivering capital projects across Canadian jurisdictions.

Based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Jarvis is an active voice in the Canadian gaming and technology community, regularly contributing to industry panels on AI adoption, cybersecurity, and player engagement innovation.
