David Boehm

Background

David Boehm (pronounced “bame”) is the Chief Information Officer and Assistant Deputy Minister of the Information Technology Division of SaskBuilds and Procurement.

David has over 30 years of experience working in Saskatchewan’s public sector. He has also spent part of his career at the University of Regina, serving as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management and University Secretary and working as a management consultant in the private sector.

David has participated on a number of Boards related to the fields of agricultural finance and insurance, research, health research, mining, labour market development and risk management.

David holds an MBA, a B.Sc. and CPA and CRM designations.
