Carole Tink is the Director of Technology for the City of Regina, where she leads the delivery of enterprise technology services and the City's technology strategy.
With more than 28 years of experience in the information technology industry and over seven years serving in a CIO-equivalent leadership capacity, Carole has extensive experience leading both operational and strategic technology initiatives. She has held senior leadership roles with the City of Regina since 2018, including Director of Technology & Digital Innovation, Director of Innovation, Energy & Technology and Director of Technology.
Carole is passionate about using technology to improve public services, strengthen cybersecurity, enable data-driven decision making, and deliver meaningful outcomes for residents and employees. She works closely with business leaders across the organization to align technology investments with strategic priorities, modernize services, and drive innovation.
Carole is known for building collaborative relationships, fostering inclusive and high-performing teams, and creating a workplace culture where employees are encouraged to learn, contribute, and grow.
