Jennifer Pederson

Background

Jennifer Pederson is Executive Director, Technology and Security at SaskPower, where she provides leadership for enterprise technology, cyber security, physical security and strategic technology initiatives.

With extensive experience leading large-scale technology modernization programs and security operations, Jennifer is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational effectiveness, improve decision-making, and create business value.

Jennifer started her career as a professional accountant (CPA, CA) and spent over a decade in various roles in SaskPower’s Finance Department. She then moved into an operational role in Asset Management and entered the world of information technology as Director of Business Solutions before taking on her current role.

Jennifer attained her Bachelor of Commerce from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan and her Masters of Business Administration from the Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business at the University of Regina.
